I’ve spent over two decades leading organizations through complexity — as CEO, CTO, strategic advisor, and executive coach. My engineering background gives me the analytical rigor to cut through noise. My leadership experience gives me the empathy to move people.

I take on both senior advisory assignments and operational roles such as Interim CTO and Interim CEO. I work with organizations that want to strengthen leadership, increase innovation capability and help more people contribute their best thinking.
